How long does custom crafting take?
Typically, custom engravings and curated boxes are completed and shipped within 3 to 7 working days. For intricate watercolour paintings or large custom orders, it can take up to 10-14 days. If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know!
Can I request specific fonts or layouts?
Absolutely! We love personalising down to the finest detail. You can specify font styles, layout preferences, and custom placement in your notes, or discuss them directly with Caroline during our consultation.
Do you ship outside Peterborough?
Yes, we ship all across the United Kingdom. Every item is carefully packed in protective, luxury packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
